Ryan Byrne is not only a veteran bassist of the Nashville – Knoxville TN & northern New England music scenes, but also an accomplished music educator. He studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston MA before going on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Plymouth State University in Plymouth NH. Ryan has taught music in the New Hampshire Public Schools, Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, and currently teaches at Knoxville Academy of Music. He was the bassist for Nashville recording artist Stephen Cochran for a decade, with whom he toured from coast to coast and internationally opening for a Who’s Who of country and rock artists.
